Amit Bansal is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with over 15 years of experience in the field of assurance services and international financial reporting. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Maharishi Dayanand University.
He has an extensive audit and financial reporting experience across sectors including Technology, BPO, Power, Telecommunications, Manufacturing & Trading, Textiles, Healthcare, Governmental and Educational Institutions, Banking, etc.
He has deep experience of US GAAP, IFRS, Ind AS, Indian GAAP, IFRS/ USGAAP conversions, IPO, Shared Services, ICOFR (SOX), Bond Offerings and auditing SEC registrants and has served clients in India, US and UK.
He has also assisted in preparation of roadmap of listing for the clients including assistance in preparation of restated financial statements, ensuring compliance with applicable framework, etc. He is also actively involved in conducting training sessions on Indian GAAP/ SOX/ US GAAP/ IFRS/ Ind AS.
Vaibhav Gupta

Vaibhav Gupta is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with over 12 years of experience of working in Big 4 firms in India like EY and KPMG. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Delhi University and is also pursuing Chartered Public Accountant (United States).
He has an extensive audit and financial reporting experience across sectors including Technology, BPO, Power, Private Equity, Telecommunications, Manufacturing & Trading, Governmental and Educational Institutions, Banking, etc.
He has deep experience of US GAAP, IFRS, Ind AS, Indian GAAP, IFRS/ USGAAP conversions, IPO, Shared Services, ICOFR (SOX), Bond Offerings and auditing SEC registrants and has served clients in India, US, UK, Singapore, Mauritius, Europe and Saudi Arabia.
He has also assisted clients in going public by helping them in preparation of restated financial statements, ensuring compliance with applicable framework, etc. He is also involved in conducting training sessions on Indian GAAP/ SOX/ US GAAP/ IFRS/ Ind AS.
Sahil Chandna

Sahil Chandna is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with over 11 years of experience of working with Big 4 firms and SEC Registrant clients. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Delhi University.
He has an extensive audit and financial reporting experience across sectors including Manufacturing & Trading, International Trades, Information Technology, Insurance, Real estate, Banking, etc.
He has significant experience of USGAAP, IFRS, Ind-AS, Indian GAAP, ICOFR (SOX), statutory audits, internal audits, forensic audits, preparation and submission of year-end and quarterly filings at SEC, review of investor filings, identification and implementation of internal controls, maintaining CMMI level 5 documentation, actively involvement in UAT for IT software implementation of Workiva software, Hyperion and Cognos.
During his tenure at SEC Registrant, he was actively involved in accounting and financial reporting, GAAP conversions, preparation of financial statements, 10Qs, 10Ks, etc.
Anuj Jindal

Anuj Jindal is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with over 10 years of experience of working in Indian and multinational corporates. He holds Diploma certificate in International taxation from ICAI as well as Bachelor’s degree in commerce from Delhi University.
He has an extensive tax exposure, across sectors including Telecom, Securities and Commodities exchange, Investment Banking, Real Estate, Housing Finance Company, Non-banking Finance Company, Asset Reconstruction Company viz. India Bulls Group, Religare Group, Telenor Communication etc.
He has immense exposure of corporate tax, withholding tax, transfer pricing and cross border transaction taxation. He has also represented corporates in various assessment proceedings, refund matters and appellate proceedings before Income tax department including ITAT & CIT. He has also handled business reconstruction assignments which includes slump sale, amalgamation and merger of group entities, tax due diligence in acquisition assignment.
During his tenure at India Bulls, he was a National Tax Manager at corporate office for various business verticals. He has also played a vital role in block assessment of the Group entities in Search proceedings for 6 years.
